This 8 classes program will enhance the mind and body combination through various asanas , pranayam , mindfulness and meditation practices. Students will experience the ancient Vedic science of Yoga techniques from expert teachers in a fun and age-appropriate friendly environment. A growing body of research has already shown that Yoga can improve focus, memory, self stream and reduce anxiety and stress in children. In addition , Yoga improves balance , strength, endurance and aerobics capacity in children.
